Gear Coupling Assembly

The black oxide surface treatment of the gear couplings has been completed, and assembly is in progress.
This batch of 11 gear couplings is prepared for shipment to Kazakhstan.
The technical data of the couplings are as follows:
GIICL16: rated torque 250,000 Nm, maximum outer diameter 580 mm
GIICL20: rated torque 1,000,000 Nm, maximum outer diameter 928 mm
Material of internal gear ring and external gear ring: 42CrMo
